Cylinders
Within our facility at Kodiak Industrial Chrome, we can remanufacture any part of any Hydraulic or Pneumatic Cylinder to OEM specifications… or better.
Kodiak Industrial Chrome has parts readily available, such as Seals, Bushings, Spherical Bearings, Nyloc Nuts, Pins and more. We can also supply different makes of multi-stage Dump Box Hoist Cylinders, as well as Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, and Valves.
As part of our rebuild process, all cylinders are cycled and pressure-tested with our Cylinder Test Bench, capable of up to 6,000 psi.
With our specifically designed hydraulic cylinder benches we are capable of torquing and de-torquing rod nuts up to 100,000 ft-lbs.
For larger cylinders, we utilize our HyTorque, which is capable of removing and installing bolts to 3,000 ft-lbs and above.
Aquatic Parts Washer
At Kodiak Industrial Chrome a Quadra-Jet M225 Aquatic Parts Washer is used to clean all parts and components.
The Quadra-Jet Parts Washer contains a detergent bas cleaning solution that is heated to 180 degrees and dispersed through powerful jets that are placed throughout the cabinet. It has a 50″ turntable that will hold up to 2,500 lbs.
